What are the standard bed configurations and sleeping arrangements?

  • One bedroom
    The One bedroom apartments have a double or king size bed, we also provide two separate beds if you prefer and subject to availability. For the 3rd person there is a rollaway sofa bed in lounge.
  • Two bedroom
    One double or king size bed in main bedroom, One double or king size bed in second bedroom and sofa bed in lounge for the 5th person. We also provide two separate beds if you prefer in one of the bedrooms.


What amenities do the apartments have?

  • Kitchens
    Yes, all of the properties have full cooking facilities, come complete with crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances.
  • Bed linens and towels
    All of our apartments come with plenty of bed linens and towels. If you require more during your stay enquire locally and they will of course be provided.
  • Hairdryers
    We have hairdryers on request.
  • Internet Access
    Wireless internet access is available.


Do you provide cot and high chairs for baby guests?


Yes we do. Please let us know that you need then when the reservation is made.


What is not included in the rental rate?

  • Housekeeping
    The apartment will be cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival. The apartment will be served weekly after this. If you need more frequent cleaning services, these are available locally and a charge is payable.
  • Car Parking
    Car parking is available in the building at 10 Euros per day or 50 Euros per week.


Do I need to book car parking space prior my arrival?


No, you can arrange that on arrival with the reception staff.


Do all the apartments have River View?


No, we have some apartments overlooking the Liffey and some apartments overlooking the courtyard.


How far are the apartments from Temple Bar?


The apartments are 10-15 min walking from temple bar area.


When is payment of the balance required?


The balance is required on your arrival.


What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa / MasterCard, Maestro, Laser and Cash. Please note that cheques are not accepted.


What happens if I need to cancel?


Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date or subject to the 1st night accommodation costs. Your deposit and booking fee, where paid, will not be refundable in the event of a cancelation.


Do you charge a security deposit?


When booking our apartments a booking deposit is charged to secure the reservation at time of booking.


Do you have a minimum stay?


We have a minimum stay during the week ends of 2-3 days depends of the season.


How do I check-in / collect the apartment keys?


Check-in is at our reception desks, located at Ellis House, 5 John Street North, Dublin 7, Behind Spar Shop of Ellis Quay. Keys to the apartment will be given at check-in. Our reception desk is open from 9 am to 6 pm.


Our flight arrives later than 6. How can I check-in / collect the apartment keys?


For arrivals after 6 pm the concierge will do the check-in.


How many sets of keys can we have?


Currently, we give two sets of keys for each apartment.


Our flight leaves late in the day. Can we leave our luggage somewhere?


If you wish to store your luggage for a few hours after you depart, we are happy to oblige.


Can we have a late check-out?


There is late check-out (6 pm) subject to availability at an extra charge of 45.00 euros. We won’t be able to confirm it till the morning of the departure.


How far from Dublin Airport are the apartments?


The distance between the city centre and Dublin Airport is approximately 12 km (7.5 miles). Buses are available from the Airport to the city centre, and vice versa. A typical taxi fare for this route comes to approximately EUR 25.


How can we get to the apartments?

  • From the Airport
    A typical taxi fare for this route comes to approximately EUR 25.
    Bus, there are few buses lines from the airport to the city centre. The best option is the 748 to Heuston Train Station and walk from there to the apartments.

  •  From Heuston Train Station
    From Heuston Train Station walk along the north Quays towards city centre aprox. 5 minutes, you will pass through the National Museum and will see a white new bridge 'James Joyce Bridge' and a 'Spar' Shop in the corner, behind that there is a small street, John Street North where the reception is located.
  • From O’Connell Street or Busaras Bus Central Station
    From O’Connell Street or Busaras Bus Central Station you could take the Luas (EUR1.40 ) to Smithfield (Red Line, 4 stops from Busaras and 3 from O’Connel St). From Smithfield Luas stop, walk following the Luas line cross Queen Street, then you will see Bargaintown Carpets Shop and a Bar call H. Mathews. The reception is in the small street in front of the Bar.
